King Pool and Spa Services was formed in 2009 to provide reliable, affordable service to pool and spa customers. Owner, Jerry Mugridge has over 35 years customer service and technical trades experience including pool operation. After working many years for other firms, Jerry recognized a need and together with a partner, opened their first store on the Westside in the spring 2004, followed by a Kelowna location in 2006.
King Pool and Spa Services are open all year, 6 days a week, providing professional customer service, advice, and repairs. By focusing on the customers needs and smaller service and renovation projects, King Pool has earned an enviable reputation as “the go to guys” for problem solving. They offer simple water analysis and balancing suggestions to complete backyard makeovers and are are focused on making your backyard dreams a reality
The experienced, technicians, service personnel, office and maintenance staff train not only online and in-house but also attend extensive industry related courses to keep on the leading edge of industry innovations, products and water chemistry.
King Pool and Spa services the entire Central Okanagan, both residential and commercial customers, as well as providing pool pre-purchase inspections and new pool owner orientation.
