Business Description
We are a Full-Service Auto Glass and Upholstery (including Marine Upholstery) Shop. (Sorry we do not do Furniture but give us a call we have an excellent source here on the Westside for you.)
We are ICBC Glass Express, ARA Approved and handle all Private Insurance. We have full access to getting a glass claim for you right from our office. No insurance not a problem we can help you with that too.
A Little about Our Shop
We opened our doors in August of 2014 after being in Penticton for 19 Years. We are a Family-owned Customer focused Business. Service is our number one priority, and I am sure you will feel that from the moment you walk through the door.
We are Glass Express and accept all Private Insurance companies for Glass and Upholstery Claims. We are also ARA Certified. We Service all Automoitve Vehicles from the 30’s to Present, we can help with your Excavating equipment also. Need a piece of glass cut for your China cabinet or picture frame we will do that too!
Our shop specializes in Convertible and Landau Tops. We also do other Trim such as headliners, carpet, and other small things on your vehicle. Have Seat Skins you need to have replaced we can help with that for sure.
We have free pick up and delivery from Peachland and West Kelowna
We offer after Business Hours for our companies that need to have their trucks, cars, vans on the road during working hours
We offer Saturday, Sunday and Holiday appointments if needed
Sometimes you will see us on late nights out in our parking lot working on cars or on the weekend playing around. Come say hi, have a chat and a coffee for we love meeting people.
A Little about Us:
Dean – He has been in the business for over 40 years. From Edmonton to Penticton to West Kelowna his knowledge and expertise is vast. He Specializes in Convertible and Landau tops. Our Clientele comes from as far south as the States and as North as Prince George. He continues to upgrade his education on the latest techniques and products.
Darlene – She has been in the business for 28 years and is very knowledgeable about auto glass. She is an expert at finding hard to find materials and will go out of her way in many ways to help you get what you need.
Darlene is customer and service strong and believes in the customer is here for them not the other way around.
Brandie – Our Daughter has been with us for since 2023 as our Office Manager. Knowing nothing about the business she quickly became interested and now has great knowledge on Automotive Glass. She is like Darlene and strives to make your experience here at 1st Class a great one. You will always find a smile on her face and a solution to your problem or issue.
Teava – She is our Shop Shepherd. Even though she seems grouchy she just likes to protect her own and her shop. After all that’s what Shepherds do. But…. If she is up front, she still doesn’t want to be petted but she is a good girl.
